LEDs last up to 50,000 hours. That’s over 17 years when used for a staggering 8 hours per day! This means less repurchase & maintenance costs for every light you own!

When you compare the wattage of a typical LED to a conventional light the savings in energy consumption are between 50-90%. That’s at least half of your lighting bill cut instantly. LEDs pay for themselves.

Windows that Cut Costs

Such has been the advance in window film technology, it is now widely viewed as one of the primary methods of increasing the energy efficiency of your property, resulting in both savings to your budget and reductions in carbon footprint. In 2011, the US Department of Energy (DOE) completed a study on the top 50 commercially available energy conservation technologies. These were ranked on payback, probability of success and overall energy savings.Window Films ranked as a ‘Top Tier Technology’ with fastest payback ranking and highest probability of success.

Environmentally Beneficial

With businesses throughout the UK seeking effective ways to reduce their carbon footprint, the application of energy saving film offers one of the most environmentally friendly methods of positively impacting a company's energy performance. In addition to the longer term benefits and warranties, window film avoids the associated waste and disposal costs of replacement glazing.

Insulation Benefits

During winter months, inefficient windows can significantly add to heat loss and energy costs.
Typically, the U-value of single glazing is 5.88 and 2.2-2.9 for non-coated double glazing. While replacing windows with the latest energy efficient glass will dramatically improve these U-values it can be a costly and problematic exercise with very long payback periods and little return on investment.

Direct Application

Applied directly to existing glazing, forming a highly effective barrier to solar energy, the range of films available from WF Glazing Protection encompass a variety of specifications that can assist with energy efficiency, with the most effective films rejecting up to 85% of total solar energy. Our range of energy saving window film is available in a variety of finishes and grades, including external grade films for when an internal installation is not possible

Natural Daylighting

Lighting typically contributes to 25% of overall energy consumption in commercial environments. In many offices, lights will be in use during daylight hours whilst blinds are drawn. The latest technology window films will reject solar heat gain yet allow high levels of light transmission to illuminate the building naturally.- See more at: http://wfprotection.co.uk/commercial-energy-saving.php#.VehCOflViko

Waste Management Solutions

We’re concerned about increased waste.
For many business owners, the cost of food waste disposal is an increasing part of their business. With food waste removal estimates reaching $300 per tonne or even higher, the challenge of dealing with putrescible waste (solid waste that contains organic matter capable of being decomposed by microorganisms), especially for businesses involved in hospitality or food retailing, has become increasingly top of mind for those who are looking to reduce their environmental impact.

How Does it Work?

The Forum WasteMaster consists of the following:

A large rotating drum used to contain and agitate food waste;

An Electron Spin Accelerator (ESA).

The ESA is used to produce superoxide anion (O2-) a powerful oxidising agent, created via magnetic and electrical interactions at a specific frequency. The superoxide anion combines with the food waste to create hydrogen peroxide(H2O2). Further availability of the generated superoxide results in the creation of the hydroxl radical (•HO), the most rapid acting of the oxidation radicals; and finally a sophisticated drying technology encompassing wind and heat to accelerate decomposition and evaporation.
